 1. Q: Can you add X, Y, Z feature I'd like to have?
A: We're always adding new features and would love to hear your feedback and suggestions.We can't add _every_ idea in (since we always want to keep it easy to use for everybody), but we'll definitely take it under consideration.
 
 2. Q: What are the system requirements to use your products?
A: Since our products are hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install on your PC. All you need is a web browser and internet.
 
 3. Q: Which browser do you recommend to use?
A: We recommed Internet Explorer 5.0+ for Windows. Supported browsers: » Internet Explorer 5.0+ for Windows » Mozilla, Netscape 7.x, Mozilla FireFox (any platform) » Other Gecko-based browsers (any platform) » Opera 7+ (any platform)

 4. Q: Can I call you and get my password over the phone?
A: No. We can not provide passwords by phone. The only way to get it is over the web.
 
 5. Q: How can I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it or if it gets denied?
A: If you do not know your password or if the password you are trying is being denied:
  1. Click the "Send me a new password." link
  2. Enter your email address, and click "Send"
  3. The password for this account will immediately be sent to that email address.

 
 6. Q: How do I change my current password?
A: After you have signed into the system:
  1. Click on "My Preferences"
  2. Click "change password."
  3. Enter your current password and the new password you wish to use.
  4. Click "update."

 
 7. Q: How do I sign into my account?
A: Go to Login page
  1. Type in your Login and Password.
  2. Click "Login"

 8. Q: What is the down-time in the upgrade period?
A: Minimal to Zero. Upgrades and updates does not affect service up-time. Because our service is 100% web-based, we don't have to interrupt users when updating our services. Each time you open the page, you can be sure you have the latest version.

 9. Q: Can I get a backup of my data?
A: For most services - Yes. We have a download function, which allows you to obtain a backup copy of your data at anytime.
 
 10. Q: If I don't like your service, can I cancel and take my data with me?
A: Of course. Your data is your data — we're just helping you keep track of it. In most applications and services you can export your data at any time into a CSV-formatted text file that can be imported into any spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.
 
Performance
 11. Q: All of a sudden site works really slow. Is the website down?
A: First of all, make sure you can access other websites.If they seem slow, too, it may be an issue with your internet connection.
If other websites seem fast, there may be internet routing issues that are beyond our control. Often you can shut down and relaunch your browser and this will correct the speed problem. You may also want to check back later to see if there are improvements.

 12. Q: Is your hosted service secure?
A: Yes, our hosted service is secure. Most of the security breaches and data loss is due to one or several of the following weaknesses:
  1. None or limited backup
  2. No offsite backup in case of hardware loss
  3. Not comprehensive theft prevention
  4. Not up-to-date firewalls and anti-virus software
  5. No redundant hardware (servers and storage)
  6. Not supervised by IT experts
Our hosted services do not have all these weaknesses.
 
 13. Q: What is your Privacy Policy?
A: Your personal or company data remains confidential and no one except those you designate have access to that information. None of your personal or company information is disclosed or sold to third parties for any purpose.

A: Our web-based applications and services are compatible with majority of existing browsers. Our services are rapid in deployment and cost-effective. Data is stored on MS SQL Servers. We have a daily backup and daily off-site backup. With respect to security, we povide SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connections.
